Retreat Itinerary
A thoughtfully curated week of Breathwork, Spinal Energetics, sacred ceremony, rest, and integration — held in the heart of Bali.
Day 1 — Arrival & Opening Ceremony
9 August
Arrive and settle into your private villa accommodation from 3:00pm.
Once everyone has arrived and had time to ground into the space, we will gather as a group for our Opening Ceremony, where intentions for the week will be set and the journey ahead will be introduced.
The evening will conclude with a shared welcome dinner.
Day 2 — Water Purification Ceremony
We begin the day early as we travel to a traditional Balinese Water Purification Ceremony, a sacred ritual designed to cleanse and reset the energetic body.
Following the ceremony, we will return to the villa for lunch and a guided Breathwork session.
The afternoon will be left open for rest and integration.
During this time, participants are invited to receive their 1:1 Spinal Energetics session.
Day 3 — Breath & Integration
We begin the morning with a Sunrise Breathwork session, followed by breakfast together.
The morning is intentionally spacious, allowing time to relax, explore the area, or simply enjoy the villa.
In the afternoon we will gather again for another guided Breathwork session.
Lunch is not included on this day, allowing participants the freedom to explore local cafés or restaurants.
The evening will conclude with dinner together.
Day 4 — Mount Batur Sunrise Experience
In the early hours of the morning (approximately 1:30–2:30am), we will depart the villa and travel to Mount Batur for our guided sunrise hike.
Participants will be provided with head torches, hiking poles, and a private local guide for the journey.
Upon reaching the summit, we will come together for a Sunrise Breathwork session at the top of the mountain.
Afterward, we will enjoy a traditional Balinese breakfast cooked using the natural steam of the volcano.
Following the descent, participants will have the opportunity to relax in the nearby natural hot springs.
These activities will conclude around 11:00am, after which the rest of the day is free time.
Participants may return to the villa with the group or choose to continue exploring the area independently.
Day 5 — Integration & Spinal Energetics
The morning begins again with a Sunrise Breathwork session, followed by breakfast.
There will then be a window of integration time, allowing remaining participants to complete their 1:1 Spinal Energetics session.
After lunch (not included), we will gather for another Breathwork session, followed by a relaxed afternoon and shared dinner in the evening.
Day 6 — Deep Healing Day
By this point in the retreat, all participants will have received their 1:1 Spinal Energetics session.
The day begins with Sunrise Breathwork, followed by breakfast.
Later in the morning we will move into a deep healing session combining Breathwork and Spinal Energetics, allowing the work of the week to come together.
This will be followed by integration time and a later lunch.
In the evening, we will gather for our Closing Ceremony Dinner, celebrating the journey we have shared together.
Day 7 — Closing & Departure
15 August
Participants are welcome to join a final Sunrise Breathwork session, or enjoy a slower morning.
Breakfast will be served before we gather for a closing circle, allowing time to reflect on the week and honour the transformation experienced.
Guests will then prepare for departure, with check-out by 12:00pm.
